Meet our ambassadors
Students already making an impact.

8th grade, Brazil
Isabella Oliveira Amorim
Bella's Ambassador Project focuses on social media to raise awareness of important issues related to Blau syndrome. As an Ambassador, Bella will use her own expertise as a patient to share about living with Blau and highlight related topics such as service animals, exercise, anti-inflammatory cooking, medical treatment and more.

Sophomore, California, USA
Keira Howell
As a teen with a rare disease, Keira knows first-hand how much it means to find people who understand. For her Ambassador Project, she hopes to create connections among teens with Blau syndrome through a monthly online teen community. Keira will also contribute educational content on social media about living with Blau syndrome.
Every dollar, every hour, every voice matters.
Rare disease research only moves when families and supporters push it. Your gift funds research directly, and your story in the registry gives scientists data they cannot get anywhere else.
